Privacy Policy
Who we are and how to contact us
Brand & Marketing Atelier provides brand and digital marketing services. For privacy questions or requests, email On iPhone or iPad, choose an installed app. Apple Mail opens when it is your default email app. If an app does not open, use a browser option. Nothing is sent until you press Send.brandmarketingatelier@gmail.com
Information you choose to share
When you send an inquiry, we receive the contact and business information you include, such as your name, email, website, project description, interests, timeline and budget. We use it to respond, discuss a possible project and maintain relevant correspondence. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
How the inquiry form works
The form prepares a message in your email application. Completing it does not send your answers to a form database; you choose whether to send the email. Your email provider and our email service process the message under their own policies. Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents or confidential client information.
Website technology and providers
This website version does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts or optional tracking cookies. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and secure the site. External websites and email services have their own privacy practices. This notice will be updated if the website adds tracking, newsletter signup, booking or payment features.
Use, retention and requests
Inquiry information is used for business correspondence and project discussions, rather than for sale or advertising audience targeting. Email and hosting providers may process information to supply their services; disclosure may also be necessary to comply with applicable law. We retain correspondence as needed for those purposes and relevant recordkeeping. You may ask to access, correct or delete information you have provided by contacting us. Requests are subject to applicable law, necessary records and verification where appropriate. No method of electronic transmission is completely secure.
Terms of Use
Website information and services
This website introduces our services and shares editorial information. An inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve availability or confirm a price. Project scope, fees, responsibilities, deliverables and usage rights are established in a separate written agreement before work begins.
Results and third-party platforms
Search rankings, AI search inclusion, advertising approval, traffic, leads and sales cannot be guaranteed. Platform availability, eligibility, policies and account access may affect the services that can be provided. References to Google, Meta, OpenAI, ChatGPT or other platforms do not imply partnership, certification or endorsement.
Editorial information
Journal articles and examples are provided for general information. They are not individual legal, tax or financial advice. Check information relevant to your own project before relying on it. External links are provided for reference; their content and availability are outside our control.
Use of website materials
Do not misrepresent the materials as your own or as evidence of a client relationship. Contact us about commercial reuse of our original text, identity or commissioned assets. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and any applicable licenses or legal exceptions. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law gives you.
Editorial, Imagery & Brand Studies
Concept imagery
This website includes AI-generated and AI-assisted concept imagery for editorial illustration. Unless an image is specifically identified as a completed client project, it should not be understood as a built space, a client commission, a real product specification or a portfolio result. Illustrative visuals are not evidence of completed client work.
Independent brand analysis
Brand studies discuss publicly available information and identify our interpretation separately from sourced facts. A brand mentioned in a study is not presented as our client or collaborator unless explicitly stated. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Sources are credited within each study; a credit does not itself grant permission to reproduce another party’s work.
Quotes, sponsorships and corrections
Attributed quotations should include a verifiable source. Original Atelier Notes are identified as our own editorial observations. Sponsored content, affiliate relationships or other material commercial connections will be identified where relevant. For a correction, source question or rights concern, email On iPhone or iPad, choose an installed app. Apple Mail opens when it is your default email app. If an app does not open, use a browser option. Nothing is sent until you press Send.brandmarketingatelier@gmail.com
Service Scope, Approvals & Costs
What is agreed before work begins
A written proposal and project agreement define the services, deliverables, revision rounds, review milestones, timeline, fees and payment schedule. Changes outside that scope require agreement before additional work. An inquiry alone does not purchase a service or create a client relationship. Cancellation, rescheduling and any refund terms are set out in that agreement, subject to applicable law.
Client information and approval
Projects depend on timely access, accurate information, permitted materials and approvals. We ask you to confirm business facts, product claims, prices, project credits and publication permissions before launch. Neither party can transfer its own legal responsibilities to the other through a website disclaimer.
Third-party costs and ongoing work
Advertising spend, domains, hosting, fonts, stock assets, software, subscriptions and other third-party costs are separate unless the agreement explicitly includes them. Ongoing maintenance, campaign management, content updates, photography and email or SMS automation are not implied by a design or launch project.
Marketing and communication scope
Our services concern brand communication, websites and marketing. They do not include individual legal, tax or financial advice. Visual examples are illustrative and do not promise specific commercial results.
Brand, Logo, Content & Usage Rights
Design is separate from legal clearance
A logo or name design is not a trademark-clearance opinion or registration service. Trademark clearance, registration and protection require separate review. We do not guarantee that a proposed name, logo or AI-assisted output is unique or registrable.
Deliverables and third-party materials
Your agreement identifies which final files and usage rights you receive, when those rights take effect and whether source files or unused concepts are included. Fonts, stock photography, plugins and other third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. Design delivery does not automatically transfer every third-party right.
Portfolio and client permissions
Photographs, plans, renders, artworks, product imagery, testimonials and project credits require appropriate rights and permissions. You should supply only materials you are authorised to use. A source credit is not itself permission. Publication of private addresses, identifiable clients and confidential project information needs particular care. Any permission for our portfolio use is addressed separately; it is not assumed from submitting this form.
AI-assisted materials
AI-assisted material is reviewed before intended use and should not be represented as a real completed project where it is conceptual. AI generation does not by itself clear third-party rights or ensure exclusive copyright protection. Sensitive or confidential project material should not be supplied for use in AI tools without an agreed approach to data handling.
Search, Advertising & Platform Responsibilities
No guaranteed placement or commercial result
We do not guarantee rankings, AI-answer inclusion, verification, ad approval, traffic, leads, sales or a particular return on advertising spend. Platform rules, eligibility, review decisions, competition and market conditions can affect delivery. Paid placement is separate from organic discovery and does not imply an endorsement by a search or AI platform.
Truthful claims and disclosed relationships
Marketing claims need a reasonable factual basis. Testimonials must reflect genuine experiences; material sponsorship or affiliate relationships should be clearly disclosed where relevant. We will not knowingly create fake reviews, false credentials or misleading client-project claims. A general disclaimer does not cure a misleading advertisement.
Account ownership and access
Domain, website and advertising accounts should remain in your ownership. Where supported, you grant only the role-based access needed for the agreed work and can revoke it through platform settings. Do not send passwords or payment credentials through this form. Verification, billing details and platform acceptance are handled through the relevant provider.
ChatGPT and emerging channels
Any proposed advertising work is conditional on current platform availability, eligibility, account access and written scope. References to Google, Meta, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Yelp or other providers do not imply partnership, certification or endorsement.
Email, SMS, analytics and tracking
This website does not enrol inquiries into a newsletter, send automated marketing messages or run advertising pixels. Any future email, SMS, CRM, analytics, retargeting or consent setup requires a separately agreed implementation and review of applicable rules and platform requirements before launch.
Website Accessibility, Hosting & Handover
Accessibility within the agreed build
Our build process considers readable text, contrast, labelled forms, keyboard interaction and responsive layouts. Testing and remediation depend on the agreed scope. This is not an assurance of compliance with every accessibility law or a substitute for a specialist audit. You can report a barrier by emailing brandmarketingatelier@gmail.com.
After launch
Hosting availability, security updates, backups, integrations and ongoing support depend on the selected providers and your agreement. The handover identifies account ownership, the editable areas and any ongoing responsibilities. Third-party outages or changes may require additional work.
Official Guidance & Useful Resources
These official resources offer background, not an individual legal assessment. Their requirements may depend on your business, campaign and jurisdiction.
